Privacy
This page says what becomes of every piece of data that passes through this tool. It is short because there is not much to say.
Your documents
They are processed in memory and never written to a disk. The document produced is destroyed as soon as you download it, and after one minute at the latest. Neither the original nor the result is sent to a language model, including when the tool is called by an agent: the agent receives a download address, never the content.
Your email address
Only if you choose to leave one past the free daily document. It is used to send you a monthly newsletter about our services, it lives in our own Odoo, and it is passed to nobody. One click unsubscribes you. It is checked by our own tooling to weed out addresses that do not exist.
Your IP address
It is never kept in the clear. A salted hash, renewed daily, counts your free document and keeps abuse out — so yesterday's hash cannot be matched against today's.
Audience measurement
We measure traffic with Google Analytics 4 through Cloudflare Zaraz: pages viewed, country, device type and where visits come from are sent to Google from Cloudflare's servers, never from your browser, and your email address is never passed on to them. A cookie shared by altixia.com and its services recognizes you from one service to another. From the European Union, the EEA or the United Kingdom, measurement waits for your consent; elsewhere, it is on by default. Details are in the altixia.com privacy policy.
Who else sees anything
Cloudflare routes and filters the traffic, and therefore sees IP addresses. Google Analytics receives the measurement data described above. Altixia ID handles signing in and is hosted by us. There is nobody else.
